    Aligarh district magistrate CB Singh said, “After a discussion with Chanchal’s family members, the administration has decided to send the girl to Bachpan Day Care Centre, which provides rehabilitative interventions to visually challenged and mentally retarded children. The centre aims to improve the intellectual and cognitive skills of children.”
